A decision on whether to close Sioux City's mail processing center could be close to delivery. Republican Congressman Steve King says the Inspector General of the postal service is almost done with the audit of the facility. The audit will help decide if the operation will be moved to Sioux Falls. 

Thursday workers will picket at area post offices to make sure the public is aware of the situation and to gather support for keeping open the Sioux City operation.
