Open Season Extended Until Jan. 7, 2005

The Postal Service has announced that it will accept Health Plan Open Season elections until Jan. 7, 2005.
The extension – the second this Open Season – is the result of a delay in printing and distributing the 2005 Federal Employee’s Health Benefits Career Employee Guides. A significant number of the guides were not sent until Dec. 9, after the start of election period, the Postal Service reported, and many field offices and employees have not yet received the guides.
