A Cost-of-Living Adjustment (COLA) is an automatic pay increase built into our contract, tied to the Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers (CPI-W). COLAs happen twice a year, come on top of general wage increases, and compound over time, protecting the purchasing power of our wages.
For a full breakdown of what COLA is, how it works, and what it means for you, see our COLA FAQ.
