Step 4 Settlement Agreement: Article 8; Hours of Work (1979)

During our discussion, we mutually agreed that there is no interpretive dispute between the parties at the National Level as to the meaning and intent of Article VIII, Section 4 concerning out-of-schedule pay for work performed outside the grievant’s former schedule which had been changed due to his being awarded a new bid. Accordingly, as further agreed, this case is hereby remanded to Step 3 for further processing by the parties at that level based upon the fact circumstances involved.
