The issue in this grievance is whether the grievant was entitled to return to his former craft assignment after being a supervisor. During our discussion, we mutually agreed that the following constitutes full and final settlement of this grievance:
1. The grievant has no right to return to his former preferred duty assignment.
2. The grievant began a new period of seniority in accordance with Article 12, Section 2B(2) of the National Agreement.
