During our discussion, we agreed that light duty assignments for full-time employees may be established from part-time hours to consist of eight (8) hours or less in a service day and forty hours or less in a service week. In addition, we agreed that the installation head may change an employee's regular schedule in order to afford light duty work to an employee without incurring an overtime obligation. Based upon the foregoing, this case is considered resolved and the grievance closed.
