The question raised in this grievance is whether or not the primary letter cases in the office in which the grievance arose are infested with insects.  After further review of this matter, we mutually agreed that no National interpretive issue is fairly presented in this case.  The issue raised in the grievance does not call for an interpretation of language set forth in the Safety and Health provisions of Article XIV of the National Agreement. Instead, resolution of the case will depend upon locating the source of the skin eruptions which prompted this grievance.  Based upon information received from the District Office where the Step 3 discussion was held, efforts to locate the source of the skin eruptions are continuing.  Accordingly, as we further agreed, this case is hereby remanded to the parties at Step 3 for further processing if...
