On the date in question, he was instructed not to wear a metal button with the inscription "CFC NO" while on the workroom floor. It was their mutual understanding that the wearing of the disputed button under the circumstances present in this case, did not violate any existing rules or regulations, and they we mutually agreed to consider the case closed.
