The issue in this grievance is whether management improperly sent the grievant for a fitness for duty examination involving a blood test and urinalysis. Without prejudice to the position of either party we mutually agreed that in full resolution of this grievance all records of the grievant's medical examination including blood and urinalysis testing shall be expunged from U.S. Postal Service files. It is understood and agreed that this settlement is made for the sole purpose of resolving this grievance and is considered non-citable regarding the future position of the parties concerning this issue or issues of a similar nature.
