Step 4 Settlement Agreement: Article 37.3.F.10; Posting, Bidding, and Application (1980)

This Step 4 Settlement Agreement addresses whether an unassigned regular temporarily assigned to a work area carries his/her seniority with them.  After reviewing the information provided, it was the parties mutual position that an unassigned regular employee temporarily assigned to a work area cannot utilize his/her seniority to the detriment of employees holding regular bid assignments in the work area.
