The issue in this grievance is the timely placement of employee into bid jobs. During our discussion, we mutually agreed to settle this case as follows:
Those employees who were not timely placed in bid jobs consistent with Article 37.3.F( 2) shall be paid out-of-schedule premium for the interim time between the award and actual placement.
