This Step 4 Settlement Agreement is where the parties mutually agreed that there was no interpretive dispute between the parties at the National level as to the meaning and intent of the Memorandum of Understanding concerning the establishment of the Finance Clerk position PS-6. The parties agreed that if the unit in question fit the criteria under the memo, the position shall be established.
