In this Step 4 Settlement Agreement, the parties agreed that an employee who previously failed the Window Service Training Program would be entitled to bid on a duty assignment with window service duties no sooner than 180 calendar days following the unsuccessful completion of the Window Service Training Program. Additionally, it was agreed that the grievant in question was immediately eligible to bid on a Distribution Window and Markup Clerk position, or other window positions.
