This Step 4 Settlement Agreement addresses whether employees assigned to the MPFSM may be used to clear jams. After further review of this matter, it was agreed that MPFSM employees could be used to clear jams on the FSM as provided by the FSM 775 manual. However, MPE mechanics may be used depending on the complexity of the jam. The parties mutually agreed to close this case at this step of the grievance procedure.
