This Step 4 Settlement Agreement addresses local instructions regarding radio headset use by Flat Sorter Machine operators. It was mutually agreed that the Postal Service's official policy regarding headset use was published in Postal Bulletin, 21397, dated March 31, 1983. The instructions in the Postal Bulletin are to be applied to the existing fact circumstances where applicable.
