This Step 4 Settlement Agreement involved whether grievant was denied placement on the promotion eligibility register upon transfer to the Milwaukee office in violation of Article 38 of the National Agreement. The parties mutually agreed that whether or not the grievant submitted a request for placement on the register was not a matter that required interpretation. They also agreed that the 90 days referenced in Article 38.5.A.9 was in regards to the effective date of the National Agreement.
