The question raised in this grievance involved whether the grievant is entitled to overtime opportunities he may have missed because 5 casual employees worked beyond the expiration date of their 21-day Christmas casual appointment.  After further review of this matter, we mutually agreed to resolve this grievance.  Based upon the facts presented in this case, the grievant will be paid 8 hours at the appropriate overtime rate.
