The above-captioned case was held in abeyance pending the outcome of discussions at the national level of the issue involving the use of Mail Handlers on the circular sorter. The parties have agreed to change the position description of Parcel Post Distributor (Machine), SP-2-439, to provide for the use of the position in the operation of the Circular Bundler Sorter. Accordingly, this case is being remanded to the parties at Step 3 for further processing including possible application of the above to the facts involved.
