The issue in this grievance is whether management assigned the proper craft to spread mails to letter carrier cases. During our discussion, we identified this case as being similar to case H7C-NA-C 32 which is currently pending arbitration at the national level. Accordingly, we agreed to hold this case in abeyance at the national level for possible application of the arbitration award.
