We mutually agreed that the issue in this grievance is not interpretive. Employees will not be required to complete administrative training forms that are solely for the use and benefit of management on their own time. However, it is recognized that there are certain training exercises where involved employees, using de minimis time to record their own data, may expedite the process to their benefit. This grievance is resolved based upon the fact circumstances.
