The issue in this grievance is whether employees are permitted to fill out Standard Form 1187 (Authorization for
Deduction of Union Dues) during employee orientation. During our discussion, we mutually agreed that the following would represent a full settlement of this case:
Completion of SF-1187 as identified in ELM 913.414 will be permitted during employee orientation in the areas designated by management.
