Step 4 Settlement Agreement (NALC): Article 10; Leave (1985)

The question in this grievance is whether part-time flexibles with greater craft seniority than full-time employees receive preference when scheduling vacation.  It was mutually agreed to full settlement of this case as follows:  Leave which is applied for consistent with the National Agreement and Local Memorandum of Understanding is awarded by seniority without regard to full-time or part-time status.
