The safety officer inspected the A frames and did not find them to be a safety hazard. The removal of the upper shelves of the A frame is not within the purview of local management. Such a request would be discussed at the National level jointly by management's safety committee. No violation of the National Agreement existed, therefore, this grievance is denied.
