The question in this grievance is whether or not management violated Article VIII of the National Agreement by not paying the employee in this case out-of-schedule pay. The Union contends that the employee referred to was reassigned to tour 2 for management's convenience. The evidence in this file reveals that all schedule changes were initiated by the employee on Form 3189 (Request for Temporary Schedule Change for Personal convenience). Further, the forms were signed by the Union steward. Accordingly, as we find no violation of the- National Agreement, this grievance is denied.
