The question in this grievance is whether management violated Article 8 of the National Agreement by not paying out-of-schedule compensation to employees who were scheduled for a training course in Express Mail acceptance. Inasmuch as the course in question was a recognized training course as described in ELM 434.623e, no entitlement to out-of-schedule pay resulted from the schedule change in question. Accordingly, the grievance is denied.
