This USPS Step 4 Denial outlines Management's position on the Memorandum of Understanding, Dated March 3, 1975, whereas management informed an employee in writing of a new schedule consisting of five working days or longer. It was the position of the Postal Service that no out-of-schedule pay was authorized in this instance. Having found no violation of the National Agreement, the grievance was denied.
