You are cordially invited to attend the 2025 APWU National Postal Press Association Conference. As we finalize our plans for the workshop schedule, awards program, and various other fun activities, we encourage you to make arrangements for your hotel accommodations and conference registration.

The Prairie Meadows Casino, Racetrack, and Hotel, located at 1 Prairie Meadows Drive, Altoona, IA, with a guestroom rate of $149.00 per night plus taxes (currently 12%) available in the conference block. Reservations must be made by midnight (12:00:00 AM CST) on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, or before the reserved rooms are sold out. Post-cutoff date, the hotel will assess total reservations and release rooms accordingly.

The registration fee covers workshops, the welcome reception and dinner, movie night and other refreshments, and the Awards Banquet. Please note that the fee is all-inclusive and must be paid in full before you can finalize your registration form. Once the list is complete, we will provide the class schedule for you to choose from.
