The 2017 Joint Contract Interpretation Manual (JCIM), a resource for the administration of the 2015-2018 Collective Bargaining Agreement, is published! Members can order their bound JCIM for $6 from the APWU Store.
The JCIM is an APWU and the USPS jointly prepared manual. It serves to address and resolve disputes as well as ensure contract compliance.
