Step 4 Settlement Agreement: Article 2: Reasonable accommodations (1982)

This Step 4 Settlement Agreement involves the denial of the grievance request for a revised schedule to allow her to observe a religious day on June 19, 1982.  According to the step 2 decision, the grievant had been accommodated on practically every Saturday over a period of several months; however, due to changes, leave commitments, and other needs she could no longer be accommodated.  The step 2 decision also states that she will be scheduled off on Saturdays whenever it does not adversely impact upon the needs of the service.  The Step 3 officials agreed to resolve this case based on the position taken at step 2.
