Step 4 Settlement Agreement: Article 1.6; Supervisors performing bargaining unit work (1980)

It is agreed that pulling bins and clearing jams on the sweep side of the LSM are bargaining unit duties.  Local management is instructed not to perform bargaining unit work except where permitted under the terms of the National Agreement. Accordingly, this grievance is remanded to Step 3 for determination of the appropriate compensation.  This document contains two Article 1.6 unrelated issues; a Step 4 Agreement with the Clerk Craft on Page 1, and an unsigned Step 4 document with the Clerk Craft Page 2.
