Step 4 Settlement Agreement: Article 8; Hours of Work (1986)

The issue in this grievance is whether the grievant was improperly denied overtime work. After reviewing this matter, we mutually agreed to close this case based on our finding no contractual violation. On the date in question, there was no need for scheduling an employee for overtime who would have been guaranteed 8 hours had he reported since no more than two hours of work was available.
