Step 4 Settlement Agreement: Article 12; Principles of Seniority, Posting and Reassignment (1989)

The issue in this grievance is whether non-probationary employees on a 30-day Notice of Removal for scheme failure are permitted to take their one-per-day scheme test on the clock.  During our discussion, we agreed to resolve this case based on our mutual understanding that scheme tests may be taken by non-probationary employees no more than once each scheduled workday during the period when termination procedures are in effect.  This testing will be on a no-loss, no-gain basis.
