The question raised in this grievance involved procedures followed in placing the grievant on restricted sick leave. After further review of this matter, we mutually agreed that no national interpretive issue is fairly presented in the particulars evidenced in this case. We agreed that the question raised can be answered by applying the provisions of ELM 513.271 to The fact circumstances involved. Accordingly, as we further agreed, this case is hereby remanded to the parties at Step 3 for further processing, if necessary.
