This Step 4 Settlement Agreement addresses whether using Postal Service Test O/N-400 for selection to the Small Parcel/Bundle Sorter Operator position violates the National Agreement. During the discussion, the parties mutually agreed that Postal Service Test O/N 400 is the appropriate exam for new employees entering the Postal Service for all machine positions. However, for bidding purposes only, Tests O/N 400 and O/N 440 are interchangeable.
