Step 4 Settlement Agreement: Article 8; Hours of Work (1986)

This Step 4 Settlement Agreement addresses the entitlement to compensation for time spent outside of the grievant’s regular schedule for an interview. During the discussion, the parties mutually agreed to settle this case in that any job interviews conducted are to be on a no gain-no loss basis, and that Management will not intentionally schedule interviews in order to avoid any payment applicable under the no gain-no loss principle.
