Step 4 Settlement Agreement: Article 37; Posting, Bidding, and Application (1989)

This Step 4 Settlement Agreement involved awarding a bid that required computer skills at the Mesa, AZ Post Office. It was mutually agreed that this was a local issue suitable for regional determination based upon application of the Memorandum of Understanding (Re: Bids With Required Computer Skills) on pages 204-205 of the National Agreement to the specific fact circumstances.
