Step 4 Settlement Agreement: Article 37.3.F.12; Posting, Bidding, and Application (1983)

This Step 4 Settlement Agreement is where the parties mutually agreed to resolve the grievance based upon their understanding of Chapter 5, Handbook M-5, and Article 37, Section 3.F.12, National Agreement.  When it is necessary to train PTF’s, or to maintain their scheme proficiency, they may occasionally be used in positions normally occupied by full-time regulars.  This document contains two related issues.  A Step 4 Agreement on Page 1, and a Step 4 Agreement on Page 2.
