As a full and complete resolution of this case, the parties agree that the Safety Ambassador program will be discontinued. Formal notification of the discontinuation will be provided to the APWU by Labor Relations, Policies and Programs. In addition, materials concerning the Safety Ambassador Program will be removed from circulation.
