Looking Back on the 2025 All-Craft Conference

From Oct. 6–8, postal workers from every craft gathered in Las Vegas for the 2025 All-Craft Conference. Hosted every two years, the All-Craft Conference brings together each of the APWU’s Craft Divisions for the union’s second largest gatherings after our National Convention. Delegates from the Clerk, Maintenance, Motor Vehicle Service (MVS), Support Services, alongside retirees, national officers and private-sector organizers, came together to strengthen our solidarity, look back on our shared experiences, and prepare for the fights ahead.

Throughout the week, members honored outgoing leaders, welcomed newly elected national officers, and renewed APWU’s shared commitment to defending and expanding good union jobs.
