The USPS we all rely on for our letters, medications, parcels, and Vote-by-Mail has come under threat. On Feb. 20, The Washington Post reported that the president would issue an executive order firing the postal Board of Governors, the Postmaster General and placing the USPS under the control of the Commerce Department and its billionaire Secretary Howard Lutnick. These efforts have since been confirmed by the president, in an effort to take us one step closer to privatization.
