The APWU offers several scholarship opportunities for union members and their families who want to begin or continue their post-secondary education at colleges or trade and technical schools. Scholarships include the APWU’s The E.C. Hallbeck Memorial Scholarship and Vocational Scholarship, as well as a one-time $2,000 award for a “Best Essay” winner from the applicant pool. There are additional opportunities through the Union Plus Scholarship program, created by the AFL-CIO. Visit www.apwu.org/scholarship-programs for application information and requirements.
