In February, the fifth month of the six-month adjustment period for the fourth COLA under the 2024 HRSSC Agreement, the CPI-W Unadjusted Index (1967=100) rose from December to 951.461, an increase from the September 2025 index level upon which employees received the last COLA.
If the adjustment was made based on the February 2026 Index, the adjustment would be:
