1. This edition of the APWU/USPS national Agreement is published unilaterally by the APWU to provide a reference for our members to use for deciding upon ratification of the Tentative Collective Bargaining Agreement and while the APWU and the USPS jointly develop the official version of the National Agreement.
2. The APWU has faithfully incorporated the changes in this new Tentative National Agreement. However, thre were choices about where to place language and how to fix old language to be consistent with the changes, e.g., the ongoing conversion of certain PSEs, or changes to the pay schedule. We also embedded some official Q & As near relevant provisions. Different choices may be made about the placement of language in the official version of the National Agreement.
