RE: Mail Recovery Center PSE Exception Period Staffing The parties agree the Mail Recovery Center (MRC) Postal Support Employee (PSE) exception period will be extended until March 25, 2022 due to the arrival of peak season undeliverable mail after the close of the Peak mailing period. The MRC will be allowed to retain no more than thirty (30) PSEs until March 25, 2022. The MRC will also post for bid one (1) new duty assignment within two (2) bid cycles, but no later than sixty (60) days from the signing of this agreement. The MRC will be at their normal cap beginning PP08 FY22.
