National Pre-Arbitration Agreement:  List of names of all employees who applied for non-bargaining unit positions (1990)

This National Level Pre-Arbitration Settlement addresses whether or not management must supply the local union with a list of names of all employees who applied for non-bargaining unit positions.  It was agreed that, if the local union provides a list of officers and stewards, the Postal Service will indicate which (if any) applied for a supervisory position within the past two years.
