The question in this grievance is whether the grievant is entitled to higher level pay while in a leave status on the dates he normally would be performing higher level work as required by his bid position. It was mutually agreed to full settlement based on the particulars of this case as follows:
1. The grievant will be paid for those days where his bid required him to be on a higher level status and he was on leave.
2. Back Pay will be computed beginning -14 days prior to the date of the Step 1 grievance.
