Return to Contract DatabaseIt was mutually agreed to resolve the instant case based upon the understanding that local management shall make reasonable efforts to hold Step 2 grievance meetings in private and without undue interruption. It was further agreed that this resolution shall not be cited as precedent by either party in a future grievance or arbitration matter.
