National Pre-Arbitration Agreement: Article 2; EEO discussions are held in private and without undue interruption (1982)

In this National Level Pre-Arbitration Settlement Agreement it was agreed to resolve all issues in dispute in the grievance based upon the understanding of the parties that local management will make reasonable efforts to ensure that EEO discussions are held in private and without undue interruption.  It was further agreed that this resolution is not to be cited as precedent in any future grievance or arbitration matter.
