POStPlan - Administrative Dispute Resolution Process (ADRP) MOU

Re: POStPian -Administrative Dispute Resolution Process (ADRP}- Clerk Craft The parties agree to the following procedure in the application of the POStPian MOU: 1. Disputes will be dated and identified in writing at the local level. Disputes initiated at the local level will be discussed between the designated representatives of the local union and local management. If the discussion does not lead to resolution of the issue, the parties may forward the dispute to the HQ level as soon as possible on their respective ADRP forms. 2. If the parties at HQ level are unable to resolve the issue after review within thirty (30} days of receipt, the parties will then remand the issue to Step 1 at the local level. The local union will then have fourteen (14) days to file a grievance and the parties will exchange all relevant and requested documents. 3. The Step 1 grievance must be filed within fourteen 14 days of the dated ADRP referral back to Step 1, after which all Article 15 timelines will apply. 4. Any remedy period will begin 14 days prior to the date the dispute was first initiated by the local union in Item #1 above
