This Step 4 Settlement Agreement addresses whether the performance of "lobby sweeps" by management is a violation of the National Agreement. After reviewing this matter, we mutually agreed that no national interpretive issue is fairly presented in this case. We further agreed that management is not precluded from performing lobby sweeps.
